Brooks Robinson Honored at Ceremony

On October 22, 2011, a statue to Brooks Robinson, No. 5 of Baltimore Orioles fame, was dedicated. The ceremony, at noon, took place opposite Camden Yards, (now Brooks Robinson Plaza). The sculptor Joseph Sheppard, who taught at MICA for many years, was present, along with a host of politicos and celebrities. Scott Garceau served as the MC.
