Resolved Question: Which relocated baseball teams honor their history and which don't?

From what I can tell, most teams do a lousy job of it; the Orioles, Twins and A's have not retired any numbers of players from before their relocations, and the Twins have a Twins' Hall of Fame with no Senators inducted (the O's and A's don't have Halls at all). And this makes me think, "That's a real shame." But, yeah- which teams embrace their pre-re-location history, and which don't?
