Resolved Question: Baltimore Oriole not migrating?

I live in Iowa. It had been above average for temps the last couple months. About a week ago, we noticed a Baltimore Oriole under our porch. Now it is cold (below freezing at night) and snowing like crazy! We feed our birds every winter and there is a feeder with sunflower seeds. I know they like oranges, so we put some out and also grape jelly. Is this bird going to die? I would take it in my house if I could. Some ppl said that we should stop feeding it, but it would die otherwise. Looking at him sitting in the feeder today, he looks wobbly and weak. Any tips or suggestions ( HUMANE ONES)would be great!
